Welcome to CIEK Technology Ireland. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and bookings made through our website, ciektech.ie (“Website”). By using our Website or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
By placing an order for goods or booking a service through our Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Product & Service Information
- We make every effort to describe and display products and services accurately. Colours, sizing, or descriptions may vary slightly.
- All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders or bookings.
- For bookable services, availability is date-specific. Bookings and other appointments are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us, whether or not a deposit or payment is required. Where a deposit or payment is needed, this will be clearly advised at the time of booking.
Orders, Bookings & Payment
- Orders placed through our Website will be confirmed by email.
- Acceptance of your order occurs when we mark the order as Completed, at which point the goods are shipped or ready for collection in-store.
- Bookings are confirmed once applicable payment terms (deposit or full payment) have been met.
- Payment must be made using the methods provided on our Website or in-store.
Services
- You have 30 days warranty for any reoccurring issue relating to the service provided to you by CIEK Tech.
- If the issue is in relation to the part(s) used, your warranty does not fall under our 14 days products warranty.
- The warranty provided for parts used during a service will be the manufacturer or wholesaler warranty for the specific part(s).
- The majority of our parts used for services, generally come with at least at least 3 months warranty. However, this may vary.
- Your service warranty is applicable from the date your service is completed. CIEK Tech is not responsible for any issues that are not related to the service provided.
Products
- You have 14 days standard warranty for items purchased from CIEK Tech.
- Some items may come with a long warranty and some may not come with any warranty.
- If the item(s) comes with a longer warranty or the item(s) is/are not eligible for warranty, we will disclose this information before your purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your product warranty is applicable from the date you receive your product(s).
Dispatch and Delivery
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours during our opening days. This may vary depending on how busy we are.
- As part of our mission to provided excellent customer service, we regularly hand delivery purchased item(s) to all our customers who live within close proximity of our business. This means your item(s) could be in your possession within a few hours. This is known as CTI Direct Delivery and it is solely at our discretion.
Returns
- To return any item(s) eligible for our product warranty, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when received by the customer.
- Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging. We generally keep all purchase information on our database. However, before returning any item(s), you may be required to confirm your proof of purchase (i.e. invoice or receipt) before a return.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
- Once we receive your purchased item(s), we must process an inspection and then notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund/replacement. However, if your return is not approved and if you do not intend on collecting your returned item(s), we will send the item(s) back to you at your shipping expense.
- We strongly advise you to send us pictures and/or videos of the item(s) before initiating a return.
- We recommend sending your returns with tracking, as we will not be responsible for any missing items.
- Please contact us to begin your return process.
Refunds or Replacements
- All refunds will be given in the original payment method. However, it is also possible to request an alternative payment method to receive your refund.
- For card payments, you will receive the credit within 5-10 business days. If you receive a refund, the cost of our initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Replacements may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Delivery and Click & Collect
- Orders can be fulfilled either by Click & Collect or by delivery.
- At present, only Click & Collect is available. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection in-store.
- If home delivery becomes available, details such as delivery times, charges, and service areas will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- In-store purchases: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Exchanges can also be made in-store.
- Online purchases: Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- Return costs:
- If the item is being returned because you changed your mind or it does not fit, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are returned and inspected.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law (e.g. right to cancel within 14 days for online orders).
- Booking services: Refunds or cancellations of suit hire are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for details.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are available in-store only at present.
- They can be redeemed for purchases in-store but not yet online.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dermot Hall Menswear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website, purchases, or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) or booking in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on dermothall.ie (images, designs, text, logos) is owned or licensed by Dermot Hall Limited. You may not reproduce or use content without permission.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and Irish data protection law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and apply to purchases or bookings made after the updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
